Responsibilities

As a Manager in our Business Advisory division, you will provide a broad range of accounting solutions and ensure that value-added services are provided to our clients. You’ll be responsible for meeting the team’s overall productivity and have the opportunity to mentor and provide guidance to your junior colleagues.

You will be responsible for a broad range of accounting and management activities including, but not limited to:

  • Reviewing & interpreting financial reports, using Xero, MYOB & other accounting software
  • Preparing complex reports
  • Reviewing complex BAS returns and financial statements
  • Review of management accounts, cash flow reports and annual financial reports across various entity structures and industries
  • Review of team invoicing and management against budget
  • Lead & mentor staff, championing the firm’s expectations for productivity, quality and continuous improvement
