What an exciting opportunity to take the lead supporting our Business Analysis Chapter across the CIB Transformation domain. You will be instrumental with transforming the CIB eco-system to build a digitised system to support our customers with their relationship, onboarding as well as product needs. You will be key in streamlining the transformation to develop and implement a standardised approach across the domain. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Support the technology team in understanding the requirements, so they can deliver on their commitments, you will also be developing requirements for non-technology solution components e.g., Business operating models, and business process solutions, that support the new technology.
You will lead a team of Business Analysts across the domain, including line management of junior BA’s while supporting the Delivery Lead in defining BA Practices and ways of working across the platform. In addition to this, you will be responsible for:
