  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or programming or 4 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in UiPath or other RPA platforms
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Big Query
  • Experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server (Tableau API is a plus)
  • Strong skills in Alteryx or similar data preparation tools
  • Background in banking/liquidity analytics or financial services is highly desirable

BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Writing Python scripts for analytics, modeling, or automation
  • Familiarity with C#/.NET for ETL or other fully coded development
  • Experience with Farnam Suite tools (internal use) is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Partner with business teams to understand project needs, challenges, and goals, and recommend the best-fit low-code or coded automation solutions.
  • Design, build, document, and maintain automated solutions and dashboards using Tableau, Alteryx, UiPath, and other tools as appropriate.
  • Develop and support financial insights, engagement metrics, and decision-support tools related to liquidity management and business performance.
  • Analyze data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, CSV files) and make technical recommendations for automation and optimization.
  • Maintain and enhance existing projects as vendor tools evolve or as new business requests emerge.
  • Respond to user requests and production issues during business hours, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Attend meetings to stay informed on upcoming changes, ensure documentation is current, and plan for future maintenance.
  • Ensure data accuracy and availability in reports and automations; align solutions with internal standards (e.g., Schwab BLD).
  • Contribute to ad hoc analytical and reporting projects, particularly related to financial operations and liquidity.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements in processes and technologies.
  • Help shape the future direction of the team’s automation and reporting platforms.
