We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Business Consulting In this role, you will: Responsible for requirements gathering, documentation of solution design, documenting and executing test scenarios and performing a variety of change and implementation management activities. A good understanding of the control requirement surrounding data handling will be advantageous in this role Support documentation of risks, issues and dependencies in the RAID log for allocated projects and ensure that these are fed into the program effectively. Content heavy role – Business Analysts must demonstrate strong business knowledge and sound business sense, and stay abreast of the industry, business-wise and technology-wise. Stakeholder complexity – Business Analysts will often need gather requirements and agree designs across stakeholders, dealing with different interests and resolving disagreements and conflicts, and sometimes needing to challenge poor requirements and design decisions. Multi-disciplinary – Business Analysts may be required to work across multiple projects at the same time. To be successful, you will: Strong Business Analyst with Financial Services experience Should have a strong understanding of Credit and Lending / Global Trade Services and Payments/ Digital Channels / Regulatory / Risk Management / ESG processes with 4+ years of experience as required Experienced in presenting to senior stakeholder in both business and technology Knowledge of Extract Transform and Load Process, Google Cloud Platforms, Hadoop is must Prior project management experience with knowledge of Agile methodology Exposure to project management tools like Jira, Confluence, GITHUB.
