Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Reporting directly to Senior Manager, Compliance and Risk, this role will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering business continuity and resilience frameworks that align with evolving risks and organisational needs.
  • Developing and delivering training programs that equip employees with the knowledge and confidence to respond to disruptions.
  • During continuity events you will lead and coordinate incident responses and recovery activities, while ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective decision making.
  • Creating and overseeing testing programs.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Demonstrated expertise in developing, delivering and continuously enhancing enterprise-wide business continuity and resilience programs.
  • Experienced in delivering training, conducting simulations and performing resilience reviews.
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team, while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience required.
