VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the execution of SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) testing for business controls within Vodafone's finance operations. This role is part of the s404 Centre of Excellence under the Risk Assurance and Controls function. The individual will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of SOX cycles, managing audit engagements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role demands strong audit knowledge, independent judgement, and the ability to manage ad hoc projects that support senior leadership. What you will do Conduct SOX compliance and s404 testing across Vodafone's finance processes with minimal supervision Ensure timely delivery of SOX cycles in alignment with Group Methodology Track audit engagements and observations effectively Coordinate and communicate with internal audit teams, global markets, and external auditors Support senior management through execution of ad hoc projects Maintain standard control sets for Vodafone Finance Operations Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure efficient project execution Who you are Chartered Accountant or Cost & Management Accountant Minimum 6+ years of post-qualification experience in Audit, SOX Compliance, or Risk Management Prior experience with Big-4 firms is desirable Proven expertise in SOX testing and business control evaluation Strong judgement and foresight in assessing control effectiveness Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Not a Perfect Fit?
