Job Description YOUR ROLE AS A: Manager, Business Development (Lifestyle Partnerships) The role You’ll own a lifestyle partnership pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, launching, and optimising deals that drive revenue and member activity. This is a hands-on commercial role for someone early in their career who already operates with strong ownership, pace, and discipline. You will report directly to the Head of Commercial, Lifestyle What you’ll do Build and manage a healthy pipeline of new lifestyle partners (retail, F&B, entertainment, services, e-commerce, etc.) Pitch partnership concepts confidently (value prop, commercial model, campaign mechanics) and iterate fast based on feedback Drive deals from first meeting to contract close, including commercials, terms, and internal approvals Coordinate internal stakeholders (marketing, product, finance, legal, operations) to launch partner offers on time Track performance against targets and improve results through optimisation (placement, mechanics, comms, partner readiness) Maintain clean, accurate reporting (CRM hygiene, forecasts, deal trackers, campaign post-mortems) Spot market opportunities, competitor moves, and partner insights to inform strategy What we’re looking for 3–5 years in sales / business development with a clear, provable target-hitting track record. Competitive, always-on mindset; you move fast, stay resilient, and like winning. High adaptability in changing priorities and evolving business directions. Strong pitching and negotiation skills; confident with senior external stakeholders. Very high attention to detail (numbers, terms, deliverables, timelines, partner setup requirements). Strong working skills in Excel/Google Sheets and slides for proposals and performance reporting.
