Description
Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new fashion, beauty, and baby brands (local & international). Develop and execute strategic brand acquisition plans to meet category growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, distributors, and retailers in” the Saudi market. ¥ Negotiate commercial terms, including commission rates, marketing contributions, and partership models. “ Collaborate with internal teams (merchandising, marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and launch of new brands. Analyze performance metrics, brand sales reports, and identify opportunities for growth. Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities in the KSA e-commerce space. Represent 6thStrect at industry events and trade shows to network and build new partnerships. Key Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3-6 years of experience in Business Development or Category Management, preferably in e-commerce (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle). Previous experience with Namshi, Noon, Trendyol, Amazon, or local KSA e-commerce platforms will be highly preferred. Strong negotiation and communication skills (both English & Arabic). Excellent Excel and reporting skills. Exposure to retail or offline fashion business is a plus. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure. Willingness to work extended hours when needed and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key KPIs Number of new brands onboarded (local and international). GMV contribution from newly onboarded brands. Partner satisfaction and retention rate. Speed and efficiency of brand onboarding process. Achievement of monthly and quarterly BD targets.
