Job Description Position Responsibilities: Define and develop a differentiated B2B marketing & business development strategy that will deliver a unique value to consumers. Develop best-practice marketing& business development tools and guidelines for B2B parts focusing on strategy development, efficient use of resources, and implementation. Provide cross-functional leadership for product launches and bridges organizational gaps between different B2B parts (MX, EBT, SAC, HME) to ensure successful business results. Work collaboratively with headquarters, regional, and local teams and cross-functional teams. Analyse the market, its dynamics, and competition products and their marketing & business development activities and conducting country-specific & segment specific competitor analysis Conducts regular evaluation analysis for products. Report on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis on all relevant KPIs Essential skills and experience: +7 years of experience in product marketing and/or business development. Ability to drive and lead activities in matrix setups. Experience in analyzing various data and consequently recommend actions. Creative mindset to come up with breakthrough business driven approaches on B2B strategy. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work individually and manage pressure Efficient reporting Qualifications (Experience, Education, Licensure & language skills) Bachelor degree or post-graduate degree in management/marketing/strategy Fluent in Arabic and English
