Job Description: Job Description This role will work closely with Team Lead to managing day-to-day sales and client servicing on MPF business for agency force, contributing to the achievements of team and personal targets by providing pivotal support to the growth the agency force, including onboarding and nurturing new, non-MPF, and MCI agencies, ensuring the dedicated resources needed for everyone’s success. Responsibilities Business Development: Achieve targets by providing comprehensive pre-sales & post-sales supports to assigned agencies, to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process. Design and implement sales & marketing strategies with Marketing and Agency Development, including the subsequent monitoring and reports. Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards. Agency Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned agencies, acting as a primary point of contact to support their growth on MPF agents and business. Provide tailored support in growing our agency base, particularly to new non-MPF and MCI agencies, to ensure they have the dedicated resources needed to succeed in MPF business. Ensure the delivery of a streamlined, one-stop solution for agencies through effective internal and external coordination. Team Collaboration: Work closely with Team Lead and the Head of Agency Distribution, W&P to foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes service excellence and operational efficiency. Maintain a regular and positive dialogue with internal business functions and stakeholders Qualifications University Degree, Major in Marketing / Business Admin preferred Substantial relevant experiences with at least 2 years in managerial or assistant manager role Solid knowledge of the pension market in Hong Kong - products, distribution channels, and MPF regulation Extensive agency sales experience Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Candidate may be considered as Senior Manager or Assistant Manager subjected to experience levels Job Category: Channel Management Posting End Date: 16/11/2025 Shine together At Sun Life, you can be your most brilliant self.
