As a business development support manager, you support Desjardins’s strategic priorities by leading your department, tapping into its full potential and meeting the needs and expectations of members and clients. You’re responsible for the strategic and operational management of a team responsible for specialized activities. You oversee your team’s performance in terms of service quality, productivity and operational efficiency. You draw up and monitor a business plan that addresses priorities, challenges and objectives.
