Description:
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years pertinent sales or business development work experience
- Experience working in the CPG or other professional service industries (i.e. advertising, consulting, accounting, law)
- Excellent research, writing and verbal communication skills
- Project management, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate results into continuous improvement
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Ability to work well in fast paced environment with multiple projects
- Ability to work autonomously
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint & Excel and experience using CRM systems
- Eager to grow the organization
- Ability to mentor and lead a diverse team
- An entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude
- A creative mind with problem solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor sales associates in Australia and New Zealand, to ensure strategic and financial goals are met
- Work with senior team members, including the Head of Business Development, Australia and New Zealand and Global Chief of Sales to assist in scheduling, meetings, and business development activities
- Build, maintain, and effectively manage a healthy sales pipeline, from outreach, prospecting, qualification of leads, pitching, contracting, and more to drive deals to close
- Research and evaluate potential new partners in the CPG world
- Develop client specific presentations and pitches
- Secure new business development partnerships
- Manage company and client expectations
- Work with new partners on pricing and finalization of contracts
- Motivate team members to exceed expectations
- Represent TerraCycle Brand Partnerships team at conferences and/or events, if needed
- Other tasks to support the team in driving growth, as needed
