The values that form our foundation are: Radical customer centricity Ownership-driven culture Keeping everything simple Long-term thinking Complete transparency Key Responsibilities: Build and manage partnerships with banks and NBFCs, Collaborate with the respective lenders and internal team to identify and fix partner funnel or success rate (SR) issues Derive actionable insights through data analysis, market research, and user experiments. Partner with Product, Business, and Management teams to define and track key KPIs. Build scalable data models, dashboards, and automated reporting systems. Collaborate with Engineering and Research teams to design and deploy analytical tools and frameworks. Develop algorithms and metrics to support business decisions and performance tracking. Present insights and recommendations for senior management and investor reviews Design scorecards and automate business reports for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Business Analytics. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in data modeling, forecasting, and experimentation. Proven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
