The Manager, Business Intelligence will conduct critical strategic analysis for the Stores teams at Ross and dd’s Discounts, leading to insight and actions that improve business performance. This position will report to the Director of Business Intelligence and will frequently interact VP+ stakeholders and Stores Leadership. The candidate will utilize their training in analytics to accurately and efficiently process large amounts of data, revealing store performance trends and identifying root causes. They summarize results into clear written communications for Stores Leadership and Senior Executives. These reporting and analysis responsibilities are a mix of recurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and ad-hoc activities, depending on business needs and priorities. The position will require the Manager to establish cross-functional partnerships across all facets of the organization (both Field and Corporate).
The base salary range for this role is $93,000 - $140,400. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:
The ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer.
Sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
This role requires regular in-office presence, including in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, mentoring, coaching, and feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work. #LI-Hybrid
