  • Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of business strategy, planning, and performance management initiatives in alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex customer, product, billing, and business performance data using IBM Cognos, Power BI, and other enterprise data sources.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards, management reports, and KPI reporting solutions.
  • Analyze performance at segment, customer, and product levels to identify trends, performance gaps, business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
