This role  provides support to stakeholders through the provision of value-add tools and analytics, including managing regular reporting and salesforce activities, tool enhancements and upgrades.     Key Responsibilities: Effective support of adviser sales and success team including  the production of reports and resources Effective management and appropriate response to day-to-day issues and broader initiatives impacting the business, including clear communication across all stakeholders Effectively support the distribution teams in monitoring and testing Risk and Compliance standards Provide financial insights and analysis to drive strategy and ownership through the delivery of Salesforce, Dashboards, Analytics and reporting needs Effectively develop and enhance sales tools to drive engagement, improve performance, increase efficiency, and strengthen customer interactions within the sales team Developing and executing both team and broader organisational strategies Fosters and supports the development of a client-focused, engaged and high-performance culture Coach team members to deliver client-centric outcomes and ensure strong cross-collaboration across Insignia Financial teams   What you will bring:   Solid experience in financial services ideally with Wrap Proven ability to construct and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships across the business Drive operational excellence in a complex organization Ability to influence at all levels Strong people leadership skills and passionate about developing people RG146 is highly regarded   Make your move.
