Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis of budgets and forecasts, providing strategic financial insights to senior leadership. Drive financial planning processes, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations. Collaborate cross-functionally to present monthly performance updates, identify risks and opportunities, and influence business decisions with data-backed recommendations. Partner with business units to assess investment proposals, analyze cost efficiency, and support operational decision-making through financial stewardship. Together, everything is possible Qualifications & Skills: High School or Diploma with minimum 9 years of job related experience OR Bachelor Degree with minimum 8 years of experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial finance or business control role, with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management. Experience in working with Commercial Sales domain Solid business finance background with experience in setting up or working within finance support structures. Experience in managing a small to medium sized teams Strong ability to manage and engage with senior stakeholders (Executive Management and C- Suite Level) Exceptional financial analysis and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for senior audiences. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
