Job Description The Manager is responsible for managing administration duties including overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative staff, and implementing and optimizing organizational process. Tasks To ensure that the progress of all tasks is monitored and reported to prevent or eliminate delay To monitor and advise on the efficiency and effectiveness of the procedures used in the field of work, make proposals for and implement the introduction of enhancements To ensure that office facilities are operating properly and to do the follow-up with the Facility Department where necessary To ensure availability of stock (stationery, kitchen supplies, cleaning products) To manage the daily office routine helping to cover the administrative as well as reception duties as and when necessary To respond to inquiries from internal and/or external customers, whether by telephone or in writing in a timely and courteous manner To manage the administration team in dealing effectively and efficiently with the processing and/or recording of administration tasks To communicate with the team to receive and discuss ideas and views, to identify and act upon problems and solutions relating to the area of work To supervise the tasks in terms of progress chasing, providing support and direction to staff within the team and quality control in order to maintain the delivery of output within parameters of time and quality as established Manage the performance review of team members. Design and monitor their individual development plan to cater for their growth and effectiveness within the company. Ensure protections of information assets of IQ-EQ MU and to abide by the ISMS in place at IQ-EQ MU. Ensure all relevant policies and established processes to IQEQ MU and IQEQ Group are strictly adhered to through adequate controls.
