You will combine in-depth process understanding with strategic consulting and develop sustainable solutions with measurable business value together with our clients.

You will lead demanding transformation projects from strategic conception to successful implementation, build long-term client relationships, and actively expand our consulting portfolio. At the same time, you will be responsible for the professional development of our team and contribute to the further expansion of our Process Intelligence business unit.

• What can you expect?Business Transformation Leadership: You are responsible for complex transformation programs and support our clients in realizing sustainable business value along their end-to-end processes.
• Executive Advisory: You advise specialist departments, management and C-level executives on strategic issues related to Process Intelligence, data-driven transformation and Operational Excellence.
• Customer Development & Business Development: You will further develop existing customer relationships, identify new business potential and accompany the entire consulting process - from the first idea to the successful completion of the project.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: You will provide technical leadership to project teams, develop our consultants and senior consultants, and establish best practices within our team.
• Portfolio & Solution Development: Together with the team, you will develop innovative consulting approaches, methods and solutions in the areas of Process Intelligence, AI and Business Transformation.
• Strategic Partnerships: You will shape the expansion of our network with technology partners (e.g. Celonis) and support the further development of our process intelligence portfolio.
• Thought Leadership: You represent PMMG Process Solutions in the market, contribute insights from the process intelligence and AI environment, and position us as a leading consulting partner.
• What should you bring?You bring several years of professional experience (at least 6-8 years) in the areas of Process Intelligence, Process Mining, Business Transformation, Operational Excellence or Technology Consulting - ideally with project or team responsibility.
• You possess a sound understanding of end-to-end business processes as well as experience in identifying, quantifying and realizing business value.
• You have experience in leading complex transformation projects as well as in building and developing customer relationships at the management and C-level.
• You have very good knowledge in the field of process intelligence, ERP systems and data analytics, and ideally experience with process mining platforms such as Celonis.
• You possess excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills, and you enjoy developing teams and providing sustainable support to clients.
• You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for topics such as process intelligence, AI, automation, and data-driven business transformation. You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills (C1 level).
