As the Manager - Cadastral Survey at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of cadastral surveying activities essential for the successful development of the Qiddiya project. Your expertise will ensure that land boundaries, ownerships, and property rights are accurately defined and maintained to support various infrastructure developments. The ideal candidate will supervise field survey operations, verify and validate survey data, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Your contributions will support strategic decisions regarding land use and development, reinforcing our vision of creating a world-class destination. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all cadastral survey activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and engineering standards. Supervise field survey teams, coordinating fieldwork and data collection to meet project timelines and objectives. Analyze and interpret survey data to produce detailed reports, maps, and boundary determinations. Collaborate with planning, engineering, and development teams to provide insights on land use, zoning, and property rights. Ensure all surveying equipment is maintained, calibrated, and updated according to best practices. Develop and implement improved survey methodologies and processes for enhanced efficiency. Maintain comprehensive records of survey data, reports, and correspondence. Engage with external stakeholders, such as local authorities and landowners, on cadastral matters. Degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field. A masters degree in real estate is an advantage. 5+ year experience in cadastral surveying and land management. Proficiency in surveying and GIS software (e.g., Trimble Business Center TBC, Parcel Fabric). Experience with geospatial databases and managing the private surveying sector. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Fluent in Arabic and English.
