As the Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of Café 641. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and inspiring a team of baristas and cooks to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Overseeing food and labor cost controls to maintain profitability.
• Managing daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and quality control.
• Creating a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by being a smiling, approachable, and hands-on leader.
• Maintaining flexibility to work early mornings (as early as 4:00 AM) and weekends.
• Traveling as needed to support business operations.
