Description

We have a brand new opportunity for a Campaign Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Shared Services team, supporting our marketing and integration strategies for brand, with a focus on Ruby Hotels, in Europe. You’ll lead from the front—crafting and executing innovative marketing programs that not only align with brand goals but also push boundaries in creativity, engagement, and performance.
You will lead Ruby Hotels marketing campaigns and initiatives in Europe, including planning and executing a brand campaign due to launch in Q1 2026.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • We’re looking for someone who brings a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on experience.
  • Someone who will support the integration of Ruby hotels in Marketing channels.
  • Strong Campaign Marketing and/or Marketing experience in omni-channel, consumer-focused environments.
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, especially with Brand and Commercial teams.
  • Stellar project management skills—you can shepherd mid to large-scale campaigns from concept to launch.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and influencing abilities—you shine in boardrooms and brainstorms alike.
  • Experience managing agencies and budgets.
  • A knack for localisation—you know how to tailor messaging to meet market-specific needs.
