Job Description The Manager of Cane’s University (Cane’s U) plays a key role in building leadership capability across the business. This role delivers live and virtual development experiences, supports curriculum strategy and rollout, and ensures our learning programs drive real impact. This position balances facilitation, curriculum planning, and strong cross-functional partnership to advance Cane’s U priorities. You will inspire and develop others through learning while also helping shape scalable, role-based learning that builds capability at every level of Cane’s – Crew, Managers, Business Units and RSO. Your Impact and Responsibilities: Deliver high-energy, high-impact live and virtual learning experiences for Restaurant Crew & Managers, Business Unit Crew, and RSO Crewmembers Engage subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional partners to identify learning needs and operational capability gaps Evaluate learning adoption and program impact through feedback, data, and field insights; recommend curriculum improvements based on trends Support enterprise rollouts of new training programs, tools, and development experiences Collaborate with Training Design to provide program requirements and ensure content remains relevant and practical Facilitate train-the-trainer experiences and enable field-based facilitators to deliver consistent learning across the business Manage logistics, schedules, communication, and technology for assigned programs Travel Requirements: Up to 25% Qualifications 5+ years of experience in learning and development, training delivery, or related role Bachelor's degree in HR, Education or related field Proven success leading both in-person and virtual training sessions Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and evaluation method Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
