ABOUT FIGURE

Figure is maximizing the value of homeownership in ways that benefit consumers and the industry alike. We’re helping homeowners tap their liquidity easily, efficiently and reasonably for purpose-driven, significant expenditures – everything from dream home renovations and debt consolidation to small business formation.
In seven years, we’ve become the country’s #1 non-bank HELOC lender. As a financial technology firm operating at the intersection of regulation and transformation, we’re a “unicorn” – a group of fewer than 1000 companies globally that is valued at $1B or more and has been in operation for less than ten years.
Our mission requires us to have a creative, team-oriented, and supportive environment where everyone can do their absolute best. We are motivated, innovative, collaborative, and curious. We value individuals who bring a problem-solving mindset to every task. Every day at Figure is a journey in continuous learning combined with a focus on getting work done that makes a difference. Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Capital Markets Manager, you will support the execution and optimization of funding strategies that power our $7B+ annual lending business. In this role, you’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Credit, and Finance teams to implement scalable and cost-effective capital markets solutions that help expand access to credit and enhance our market position.
You’ll contribute to the management of funding relationships with institutional investors and warehouse lenders, assist in whole loan sales and structured finance transactions, and help ensure reliable access to liquidity. Your ability to analyze deal structures, support transaction execution, and maintain strong partner relationships will be key to supporting the team’s strategic growth objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Manage capital relationships to support warehouse and permanent funding of originated assets, with a focus on cost-efficient and flexible access to capital.
  • Execute and close warehouse lines and whole loan sale agreements in support of origination and liquidity needs.
  • Structure and execute financing solutions, including forward flow arrangements, whole loan sales, and securitization structures.
  • Support the development of funding strategies that enhance liquidity, reduce funding costs, and align with market dynamics.
  • Work directly with warehouse lenders, institutional investors, and rating agencies to support funding execution and relationship management.
  • Support investor and rating agency diligence processes, including coordinating data requests and communicating key credit and risk insights.
