Job Description To source and develop new capital markets and investment sales opportunities. Meet target investors/develops/clients to identify potential investment opportunities. Maintain and develop relationship with existing clients, developers and related government authorities to win new business. Help client conduct due diligence and design finance structure. Conduct marketing research and analyze market trends to provide a reliable resource for benchmarking. Implement Colliers’ strategies for major investment properties in Shanghai & East China. Perform any other duties by direct supervisor. Qualifications At least 5 years working experience in sales, marketing or property related investment. Fluent in both Chinese and English in writing and speaking. Good presentation and negotiation skills with a proven track record. In-depth understanding of Shanghai business environment mandatory; and sound business acumen. University degree or above, majoring at Real Estate Management, Economics, Statistics, Urban Planning or Valuation preferred. Additional Information A competitive base salary and benefits structure.
