Job Specification - Key Accountabilities Ensure good cooperation with partners, vendors and cross-departmental to organize pre-vessel arrival actions and documentation Formulate reports for QSC/Area stakeholders Ensure accurate and timely exchange of latest up-to-date information Monitor and track ETA of incoming vessels. Arrange local port formalities, ensuring compliance with port regulations and facilitating smooth operations for vessels. Follow-up with relevant parties to successfully completion of tasks Coordinate post-vessel departure communication with relevant parties Just-in-time services provision to the highest standards and cultural expectations. Create and approve work orders for vessel operations activities, ensure proper documentation and authorization Check actual Vessel Departure (Mainliners, including partner and 3rd party mainline vessels) Coordinate handling of vessel related claims Manage husbandry services for HL operated vessels (where not done by husbandry agent) Upload (directly or indirectly) TDR / TPFREP Provide cost estimates for special cargo, such as break bulk and out-of-gauge (OOG) shipments, ensuring accurate pricing and cost calculations. Supervises and supports Cost Control staff in verifying and analyzing stevedoring, terminal, and port service invoices for accuracy. Ensure quick notification on temporary local restrictions. Handle the vessel and cargo related contingency situations occurring at the area and play a leading role in coordinating with internal & external stakeholders for damage control / mitigation. Closely follow up with internal & external stakeholders on containers long idling inside MIN ports. Provide OPSS team with the monthly rebate calculations for CFSs at Mundra and ensure correct rebate amounts are collected from the CFS.
