We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Manager, Cash & Payments Team to join our UK Trustee & Depositary team. This role is located in Edinburgh. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Oversee the end-to-end payment process across onshore and offshore locations, ensuring consistency of controls and standards * Conduct regular service reviews, quality assurance assessments off offshore team ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and KPIs * Maintain up-to-date procedures and documentation in line with regulatory expectations * Identify, manage and escalate payment related risks, incidents and breaches ensuring incidents, errors and near misses are logged investigated and resolved with root cause analysis * Contribute at Operational Risk and Governance Forums * Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, including Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk and Client Management * Escalation contact for client and internal stakeholder queries and escalations from the offshore team * Support change initiatives, including regulatory change, new fund launches, onboardings and other fund changes * Manage, develop and mentor the staff within the UK Cash and Payments Team, ensuring high standards of performance and technical knowledge * Allocate workloads, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews * Promote a strong risk-aware and control focused culture within the team * Provide support to the other Fund Oversight Teams and the wider UK Trustee & Depositary teams To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Strong experience within Trustee and Depositary, Fund Administration or Asset Servicing * In-depth knowledge of FCA, CASS UCITS and AIFMD regulatory requirements * Proven people management experience within an operational or oversight environment * Strong risk awareness and understanding of control frameworks * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom [https://www.bny.com/corporate/global/en/about-us/newsroom.html] BNY LinkedIn [https://www.linkedin.com/company/bnyglobal/posts/?feedView=all] Here’s a few of our recent awards: * America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 * World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 * “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
