The Catalogue Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to maximize the commercial potential of the SME’s key Taiwan/Hongkong artists/music catalogue to mainland Chinese audience. This role focuses on driving streaming growth, physical sales, and sync opportunities through data-driven campaigns, audience engagement, and strategic partnerships. What you'll do: Catalogue Strategy & Planning Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for catalogue titles across all genres. Identify high-potential tracks and albums for re-promotion, anniversary campaigns, and playlisting. Campaign Execution Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to boost streaming and engagement. Coordinate physical product reissues and special editions. Drive sync opportunities for catalogue tracks in media, advertising, and entertainment. Data Analysis & Insights Analyze streaming trends, audience demographics, and market performance to inform strategy. Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize based on data insights. Collaboration & Partnerships Work closely with A&R, digital, and sales teams to align catalogue initiatives with overall business goals. Build relationships with DSPs (Digital Service Providers) for playlisting and promotional opportunities. Content & Creative Development Oversee creation of marketing assets (social media content, videos, artwork) for catalogue campaigns. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Design the general workflow for pushing our catalog content across dsp and social platforms Working with data team, plan and execute marketing campaigns for out top selling content and surging tracks Work with various social platforms to generate maximum exposure for our artists and releases. Work with product team to create best physical release strategy for all SMEC releases Any other responsibilities or works to be assigned by the superior or the Company. Who you are: The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant working experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in music and entertaining business with similar marketing role. Excellent social media skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a proactive work attitude. Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) Skills Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop creative and effective marketing strategies. Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns. Digital Expertise: Knowledge of social media, SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) Streaming Growth: % increase in streams for new releases. Engagement Metrics: Social media engagement, follower growth, and fan interaction. Revenue Targets: Achieve sales and streaming revenue goals for frontline releases. Campaign ROI: Return on investment for marketing campaigns.
