[What the role is] . [What you will be working on] You will be part of a team to: Manage and administer workforce transformation related programme(s) (such as the Career Conversion Programme), including setting and implementing the parameters for the grants and initiatives; budget management; governance matters and outcomes tracking Undertake or support policy / programme reviews including programme effectiveness and outcomes evaluation Engage and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to implement the Group’s plans and programmes Assist in the collection, reporting and analysis of data for WSG’s jobs transformation and workforce transformation programme(s)Analyse programme data, to identify key insights and trends to facilitate policy, programme and system enhancements Utilise tools (such as RPA) to implement processes for programme tracking Develop data visualisation and interactive dashboard to present insights on programme performance Work with internal stakeholders (e.g. Digital Tech Division/WSG) to enhance data, system and digital capabilities to support EDG’s work in programme administration Work with stakeholders to facilitate and address their data requests [What we are looking for] Requirements Relevant experience in programme management, fields of data, statistical analysis or systems Knowledge/Skills Good knowledge of data analysis and programme management in public service context Proficiency in at least one of the data analysis or visualisation tool (e.g. Stata, SAS, R, Python, Tableau) Good knowledge of data platforms and ability to discuss technical requirements Ability to create clear and effective data visualisation dashboards Good communication skills with the ability to work closely with internal and external teams Abilities/Aptitudes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to translate data results and policy goals into actionable strategies Team player with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with and address the needs of diverse stakeholders Interest in finding solutions to various issues impacting the Singapore Workforce Resourceful, determined and adaptable All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted or not within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting. http://jobs.careers.gov.sg The Singapore Public Service plays a key role in the economic growth, progress and stability of Singapore by formulating and implementing government policies, as well as providing key public services.
