OVERVIEW:

The Manager, CED Settlements will join the team on a part-time basis (22 ½ hours per week) . You’ll be based in our stunning city centre office in Leeds or our central London office, so you’ll need to be within a commutable distance of one of these sites to enable you to be in the office with your colleagues each week.
The role holder will have responsibility for managing staff and the regulated services provided by the CED Settlements Team, ensuring all relevant FCA regulations are complied with at all times.

• Demonstrable people management experience within a financial services setting
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong technical and regulatory awareness and understanding
• Excellent team leadership skills, with an ability to focus on the personal and professional development of team members
• An ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues at all level
