Responsibilities:  * Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities in drawing insights and recommendations to support the CEO and senior leadership in efficient, data-driven decision-making * Establish trust-based relationship across departments and levels of organization to enhance collaboration and ensure key projects are on track * Support the development and implementation of corporate strategy, organizational performance metrics and transformation initiatives * Lead key phases of strategic projects, including performing in-depth analysis, setting measurable KPIs, and preparing reports in a clear, logical, and concise manner to guide executive decision * Provide support to the CEO in preparing materials for board, senior management and external meetings; handle additional duties as assigned by supervisors in alignment with corporate objectives * Handle special projects and ad hoc requests, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery under short notice Requirements:  * Bachelor’s degree in a business-related disciplines * At least 7 years’ experience in professional services, management consulting, financial services and or related industries * Hands-on experience in dealing with C-suite executives as well as managing multiple internal and external stakeholders is highly preferable * Proven ability to collaborate effectively with all types of stakeholders in a positive and balanced manner * Proven ability to think strategically and strong analytical skills including familiarity with data analytics and visualization * Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
