What’s the role?  The Change Enablement role partners with Project and Initiative teams to ensure Commercial Banking programs are clearly defined, well governed and delivered successfully. Acting as a key interface between business, bankers and customers, this role provides subject matter expertise, insights and oversight to support effective change delivery. You will help embed change initiatives, manage interdependencies, support prioritisation and drive adoption of key programs to realise intended benefits. Working across Commercial Banking and Small Business, you will ensure change impacts are understood, risks are managed and outcomes align to business strategy, customer needs and frontline capability. What do I need?  * Experience delivering change, transformation or major initiatives within Commercial Banking or a similarly complex, regulated environment  * Proven ability to partner with project teams, senior stakeholders and frontline teams to define scope, manage impacts and drive successful delivery * Strong understanding of governance, risk, dependencies and change impacts, with experience supporting effective decision‑making and prioritisation  * Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, including influencing across multiple forums and aligning outcomes to business and customer needs  * Experience driving adoption and benefits realisation, ensuring initiatives are embedded into business‑as‑usual and deliver measurable outcomes  Why join us?  We’re obsessed with becoming our customers #1 banking partner for life and we’re looking for people who are passionate about helping us achieve that goal.
