POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly experiencedChange Implementation Subject Matter Expert (SME)to support theVeterans Health Administration (VHA)in executing organizational change initiatives. This role involves leading and advising on change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation to ensure successful implementation of transformation efforts that impact both internal operations and the Veteran community.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters degreein a relevant field (e.g., Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related discipline).
  • Minimum of 10 years experiencein organizational change management, preferably within large healthcare or government organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, risk analysis, and implementation planning.Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PROSCI Change Management Certificationor equivalent.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives withinVHAor other federal healthcare systems.Familiarity with federal healthcare policies, operations, and transformation efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of organizational change initiatives across VHA.

  • Collaborate with leadership, program teams, and SMEs to ensure alignment of change activities with VHAs mission and goals.Support the development of change management tools, templates, and training materials.
