Your responsibilities will include Build trade relationships and work together to mutually drive initiatives forward by analyzing data with attention to detail Analyze and understand weekly drivers and market / competitive changes leveraging Point of Sale (POS) data & post audit test & learns Bachelor's degree 2+ years of sales experience MBA Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing CPG Experience Experience buying, selling, or marketing and merchandising consumer packaged goods Experience in driving growth Strong analytical abilities with the ability to utilize data to formulate or support strategies Strong P&L Acumen An in-depth understanding of trade channel selling processes / channel management, and financial analysis Exceptional communicator with impeccable interpersonal skills, clear and effective writing, and excellent presentation skills In-depth knowledge of products and brands Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Leadership skills with the ability to positively influence the CPG culture RSRWH
