JOB SUMMARY

Klook, a leading travel and experiences platform, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Business Strategy and Operations (Google channels) to lead the development and execution of business strategies leveraging Google’s paid and non-paid channels . This role will focus on driving traffic, optimizing marketing performance, and enhancing operational efficiency to support Klook’s travel offerings. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with deep expertise in Google marketing ecosystems, business strategy, and cross-functional collaboration, capable of aligning marketing initiatives with Klook’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive strategies leveraging Google’s paid (Google Ads, Things To Do Ads) and non-paid channels (SEO) to drive traffic for Klook’s travel products.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., cost per acquisition, conversion rate, ROI, organic traffic growth) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Looker to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline marketing operations by implementing processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency, cross-team collaboration, and scalability of Google channel initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Vertical Planning, Product, Data, and Regional Marketing teams to align channel strategies with broader business goals and ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
  • Market Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Innovation & Growth: Identify and lead experimental initiatives to explore growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Present performance insights, strategic recommendations, and ROI analyses to leadership, articulating the impact of marketing efforts on business growth.
