1. Channel Strategy & Commercial Planning Develop the MBR channel strategy, aligned to national priorities and sales objectives. Identify channel gaps, growth opportunities, and competitive threats; build actionable plans. Build and manage channel-specific commercial propositions and MBR retailer value programs. 2. Retail & Trade Marketing for MBR Create the MBR retail visibility and activation blueprint (signage, POSM, planogram standards, retail experience). Lead end-to-end planning of MBR-focused campaigns, including ATL/BTL integration Design and execute shop activation playbooks, new outlet onboarding kits, and periodic refresh programs. 3. Performance Management & Scorecards Develop and own the MBR performance measurement framework, including coverage, throughput, penetration, and other relevant metrics. Track ROI for trade marketing spends, schemes, and activations; recommend optimization actions. 4. Market & Competitive Intelligence Build a structured intelligence framework for MBR: competitor pricing, schemes, service offerings, retail formats, and execution quality. Map the MBR universe — size, segmentation, retailer economics, customer purchase behavior — to refine strategy. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the primary link between Channel Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Agencies for all MBR initiatives. Align regional CDMs and Sales teams on quarterly priorities, commercial constructs, and activation calendars.
