JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a high standard of customer service, maintain operational efficiency, and drive business growth while fostering a positive work culture.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ Years, Previous experience in a management role within a QSR or fast-food environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in basic financial and inventory management
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team to meet performance and sales goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and labor costs effectively
  • Monitor and control inventory to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
  • Ensure that all product presentation is maintained to company standards
  • Analyze product sales performance and inventory needs by maintaining appropriate inventory levels and adjusting when required to avoid stock outs
  • Manage invoices, checklists and schedules
  • Identify and discuss operational issues/concerns with Operating Manager
  • Constant drive to build sales and improve profitability by leveraging business acumen, efficiency and problem-solving skills
  • Regularly utilize store inventory audits to ensure consistent inventory control
  • Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stock room
  • Ensure that all team members are properly trained to use all equipment in the store
  • Maintain an effective cleaning schedule to prolong the life of all equipment
  • Effectively work with Operations Manager to quickly repair equipment related issues to maintain regular business flow
