Job Title Manager – Civil Department / Division Execution Roles and Responsibilities Plan, execute, and monitor all civil construction activities as per approved drawings and schedules Manage contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure productivity and quality Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory norms, and quality benchmarks Review BOQs, material requirements, and control material consumption at site Track project progress, prepare reports, and highlight risks or delays proactively Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution Ensure adherence to project budgets and cost optimization measures Supervise testing, inspections, and handover documentation Support snag closure and final completion activities
