At Australian Retirement Trust, we’re on a mission to make insurance easy, accessible, and all about our members. As our new Manager Claims Delivery, you’ll lead from the front—driving performance, supporting your people, and delivering top-notch service.

Day to day, you’ll:

• Lead a team of team leaders across claims, underwriting, and member services.
• Set the strategy and make sure we’re hitting our goals.
• Keep things running smoothly and efficiently—no red tape.
• Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement.
• Make sure we’re ticking all the boxes with APRA, ASIC, AFCA, and the Life Insurance Code of Practice.
• Work closely with product, tech, legal, risk, and more.
• Be a key player in tenders, audits, and onboarding new employer groups.
