About the role We have an opportunity for a Manager – Claims to be part of our Workers Compensation Team, HR Transactional Services, Shared Services. The Manager – Claims provides direction, supervision and support to the team in their delivery of claims management activities, payment of benefits and entitlements and reconciliation in accordance with the provisions under relevant regulations and Workers Compensation Legislation. In addition, this role implements compliance and quality assurance objectives and measures, working collaboratively with relevant leaders, teams and technical advisors to implement process improvements, ongoing monitoring, staff training and development opportunities.
