Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE

We’re seeking an experienced Manager, Client Accounting & Reporting to lead our accounting team into a new era of performance and impact. This role is not about holding a title—it’s about transforming practices, building leader‑level professionals, and ensuring seamless operations for increasingly complex property portfolios.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the client accounting team to deliver accuracy, accountability, and excellence in financial reporting.
  • Drive process improvements: optimize the use of Yardi, streamline close cycles, automate reporting, and standardize procedures
  • Present clear and strategic financial insight in Board meetings and client discussions.
  • Oversee preparation and review of financial statements across condominium, residential, and commercial properties
  • Identify training needs and promote professional development: mentorship, cross-training, professional designations (CPA, CMA), and formal development plans
  • Serve as a visible change leader—with operational collaboration across property and regional teams.
