ABOUT THE JOB:
We’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead day-to-day sales activities and inspire our sales team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in coaching our sales representatives, leveraging data to inform strategy, and ensuring our team consistently meets and exceeds its targets.
This is not your average sales management role. You’ll be leading a team responsible for making 250+ outbound calls per rep each day. That means your team is operating in a high-output, high-resilience environment where discipline, persistence, and precision matter more than ever. As the Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind their performance—coaching in real time, analyzing call patterns and conversions, and pushing for excellence even when most calls go unanswered. Your leadership will keep the team motivated through rejection, focused on impact over activity, and continuously improving through data and coaching.
