• Client-Facing Experience: Demonstrable experience in a client-facing role is key.
• Project Management: Excellent project management skills with a strong track record of executing initiatives to tight deadlines.
• Financial Services Industry Expertise: Experience working within or a strong understanding of the Financial Services industry, ideally within Insurance.
• Emotional Intelligence: Strong emotional intelligence, with demonstrable success in building rapport and credibility across all levels of seniority, adapting your style to create maximum impact.
• Quantitative Literacy: Confident with financial reporting, able to identify the 'story behind the numbers' to spot trends, themes, and recommend courses of action.
• Risk Management: Understanding of and ability to monitor risk effectively. Understanding of the key QRM processes.
• Remote Team Collaboration: Experience working effectively within remote teams.
• CRM Proficiency: Experience using and promoting engagement in CRM systems to generate powerful, actionable intelligence for accounts.
