Manager Client Service Delivery | Te Rohe o Waikato - Multiple Opportunities Permanent roles Locations: Waihi, Paeroa and Kirikiriroa Service Centres Reporting to: Regional Director   Mō te tūranga | About the role   One team, one approach underpins how we deliver services across the Waikato region. We are committed to supporting whānau with manaakitanga and whanaungatanga, providing respectful, non-judgemental services that enable people to build independence and achieve sustainable outcomes.   As Manager Client Service Delivery, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of frontline service delivery. You will lead teams responsible for delivering income support, employment, and housing services, ensuring services are effective, consistent, and aligned to MSD priorities.   You will role-model strong leadership, build high-performing teams, and contribute to regional and national outcomes through collaboration with other leaders across Te Rohe o Waikato.   What you’ll do | He aha tāu e mahi ana   Lead and develop high-performing teams in a complex, people-focused environment Create a positive, motivating, and accountable culture focused on quality service delivery Collaborate with regional leaders to deliver a consistent “one team” approach Support and uplift staff capability, performance, and wellbeing Manage resources and budgets, ensuring timely reporting and sound decision-making Represent MSD professionally in regional initiatives and community engagement You may also contribute to local or regional projects and engage with community partners, local government, and other stakeholders to support positive outcomes for whānau.  About the role | Mō te tūnga: You are an experienced people leader with a strong understanding of service delivery and operational leadership.
