Manager, Client Solutions (Tokyo) マネージャー：クライアントソリューションズ（東京）募集要項 GLG（Gerson Lehrman Group）は、専門性を持つプロフェッショナルを結び付ける、世界最大級のB2Bエキスパートネットワークのプラットフォームです。数千のクライアントを、あらゆる分野を網羅する世界最大の専門家ネットワークと結びつけます。GLGはインサイトの力で、あらゆるプロフェッショナルの意思決定を支援しています。現在、GLGの東京オフィスでは、クライアントに対するサービスを提供するチームを率いるマネージャーを募集しています。本チームは、エキスパートインタビューを中心に、GLGのクライアントに対して価値の高いサービスの提供、管理を行います。マネージャーは、クライアントソリューションズのチームのリーダーとして、優れたクライアントサービスの提供、人材育成、品質基準の担保に重要な役割を持ちます。また、世界各国のクライアントソリューションズチームと連携し、プロジェクト推進をサポートする役割も担います。主な職務内容 4〜6名のチームを率い、質の高いサービスを提供し、売り上げの目標を達成するチームメンバーの育成（コーチング、フィードバック、パフォーマンスマネジメント）チームメンバーのプロジェクトのサポート（スコーピング、リソース配分、課題解決等）チームのリソース管理と、プロジェクトの配分の最適化アカウントごとの戦略の策定、および、実行応募要件（必須） B2Bサービス、営業分野での実務経験：4〜5年以上 3名以上のチームを率いたマネジメント経験：2〜3年以上 B2Bサービスの分野での、モチベーションの高い、ハイパフォーマンスなチームを構築した実績一流大学での学士号または大学院修了ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語力（口頭・文書・プレゼンテーションいずれも）スピードが求められる環境での業務経験と実績成長志向、課題解決能力、実行力に優れた方自ら責任を持ち、チームを率いて成果を出すリーダーシップ様々なタイプのクライアントの違いの理解と、あらゆる業界への関心求める人物像常に高い倫理観とプロフェッショナリズムを持って行動できる方創造的に考え、成長機会を見出せる方細部への注意を怠らず、正確に業務を遂行できる方チームワークを重視し、協調して成果を上げられる方責任感が強く、主体的に新たなチャレンジに取り組める方 About GLG / Gerson Lehrman Group GLG is the world’s insight network.
