Responsibilities

This role holds leadership responsibilities within the Client Success function and focuses on top-performing verticals. As a manager, you will lead and mentor a team.
This role requires a resilient, dynamic, and capable of leading a team of high achievers in a fast-paced environment. You should possess a passion for leadership and provide exceptional client service. Your role will involve motivating and driving the team to achieve commercial targets and foster client growth, whilst collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
Additionally, you will be accountable for managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities, drive strategies across your team and the business and ensure efficient handling of operational tasks. Furthermore, you will be the first point of escalation for your area.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include leading and coaching your team, ensuring they efficiently achieve company OKRs and maintain a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS).
