The Practice Manager II provides ongoing leadership for the development and implementation of management and patient care systems to assure cost-effective and quality operations within Providence Medical Group (PMG). May oversee multiple clinics and/or departments. The Practice Manager II works with PMG clinic leadership to develop organizational goals and strategic integration of care and clinical practices to provide an optimal patient experience. Specific responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, with an emphasis on patient care delivery, high quality customer service, patient satisfaction, staffing, budgeting and efficient allocation and use of available capital and human resources. Leads staff to ensure that patient care services are provided in a timely manner which are sensitive to the patient's physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Ensures compliance with established clinical policies and procedures. Participates in PMG-wide special projects, committees or task forces as requested. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree: Practice Manager II’s hired after 12/1/2016 are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field. Preferred Qualifications: * ANCC approved certification upon hire. * 2 years of practice management experience highly preferred * 2 years experience in ambulatory or inpatient healthcare operations preferred.
