Job Description Description A bit about this role : The Clinical Implementation Manager will play a crucial role of enabling Devoted Medical clinicians to maintain a high degree of adoption of change management through successful initiative deployment and implementation. This role will participate heavily in clinical workflow understanding and implementation within Devoted Medical, including collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to analyze clinical knowledge and operational needs. The Clinical Implementation Manager will report directly to Mgr, Clinical Initiatives and collaborate with trainers when implementing new clinical workflows. The Clinical Implementation Manager should be knowledgeable in clinical documentation needs essential in working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), clinical practice implications and content partners to enhance content and function. Your Responsibilities and Impact will include: Serve as a clinical subject matter expert in areas of clinical and provider related EHR considerations Participate in the Central Initiatives & workflow intake process to develop a monthly sprint plan of priorities in collaboration with product and DM operational leadership teams Develop training materials and socialization strategies in collaboration with Clinical Education Validate final workflow before training dissemination Facilitation of training to clinical frontline staff, trainers and leadership on new workflows as needed Provide guidance to team leads/trainers/managers to ensure implementation, documentation, and complete QA and user feedback after implementation Collaborate to quantify impact of cross functional implementation Work closely with service line trainers and super users to socialize upcoming workflow changes, act as a SME of cross functionally impacting initiatives and align where appropriate to execute roll outs successfully Required skills and experience: Practicing Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Practitioner with 4+ years of clinical experience (must hold active license to practice in at least one Devoted Medical market). Master’s degree with two years of telehealth experience Prior advanced or superuser EMR experience. Desired skills and experience: Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills Critical analysis skills and solution orientation Self-motivated team player that can work under little supervision, with strong 2+ years experience in clinical project/process management or informatics experience preferred Orinoco specific experience is preferred Organizational and analytical skills. Able to work both independently and in a team setting and serve as a mentor to others in the department. Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and meeting deadlines Salary Range: $78,000-$130,000 / year The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
