Posting Date 11/20/2025 2000 16th Street, Denver, Colorado, 80202, United States of America The Sr. Manager/Manager, Clinical Programs will play a critical leadership role in shaping DaVita’s clinical strategy and overseeing the execution of key initiatives that support our goals of improving patient quality of life. This individual will drive complex, cross-functional projects to design and operationalize innovative care models that improve patient outcomes, experience, and cost of care. This role requires a strategic thinker and operational leader who excels in navigating ambiguity and collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups. The Manager will lead initiatives spanning multiple workstreams within DaVita Kidney Care, ensuring clinical programs are thoughtfully designed and effectively executed. The Sr. Manager/Manager will work on a team of highly motivated individuals with backgrounds in consulting, process engineering, change management, and clinical operations. This highly visible and cross-functional role will partner directly with leaders across DaVita Kidney Care to drive forward the organization’s transformation efforts. Key responsibilities are spread across three categories: Project Management Coordination across strategy lanes, reporting, product, training, and change lanes to ensure a thoughtful approach to clinical execution and implementation Lead the development and execution of project plans, defining milestones, timelines, and ensuring projects stay on track to meet deadlines. Establish and track key performance metrics, ensuring the evaluation of success and program impact aligns with organizational goals. Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and provide regular leadership updates on project progress and challenges. Strategy and Operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operational strategies and clinical outcomes and appropriate prioritization of initiatives Partner closely with field operations for proactive and ongoing feedback to ensure implementation and adoption of key clinical initiatives Oversee the day-to-day operations of key initiatives, ensuring that tools, workflows, and support structures are in place to maintain long-term impact and efficiency. Monitor program performance, proactively identifying areas of improvement, and lead efforts to drive continuous improvement in program execution and outcomes. Pilots and Experimentation Lead efforts to build consensus around best practices across stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth implementation of clinical programs. Oversee collaboration with teams across the organization to successfully pilot and scale new clinical programs. Synthesize complex data and findings, presenting insights in a clear, actionable format to senior leadership and stakeholders. Lead the process of translating complex business challenges into strategic recommendations and cohesive, impactful stories. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 5-7 years of work experience in management consulting, process engineering, investment banking or a corporate strategy role preferred Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change Additional Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and gain credibility across broad stakeholder groups. Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution to achieve impactful results. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate complex, evolving environments. Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Strong project management capabilities, with experience leading multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of healthcare markets and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt. Proven ability to prioritize, evaluate, and manage workloads while identifying growth opportunities.
