Here’s what you can expect as a Quality Manager, Clinical Programs at DaVita:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • At least 5 years of experience in the following areas in a healthcare setting:
  • Dialysis or Pharmacy experience preferred
  • RN, LPN, LVN or equivalent clinical licensure preferred but not required
  • Lean SIx-Sigma certification or experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with project management, problem solving, strategy development and alignment
  • Experience managing performance metrics, program analytics, risk assessment, and/or quality improvement (QI) initiatives
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience working in highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to work within a fast-moving work environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participates in creation and implementation of Clinical Pharmacy Management department goals
  • Manages and oversees assigned projects with significant accountability; meets expectations to “get stuff done”
  • Build on clinical vision to identify opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and build business cases to measure and oversee quality initiatives
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to take complex issues, develop detailed plans, and coordinate execution
  • Assist detailed review/development of training materials and other collateral in support of clinic teammates
  • Collaborates with other Village departments such as Clinical Analytics and others to manage the ongoing development and enhancements of metrics and dashboards
  • Help with reporting and presenting the work that CPM does with other stakeholders
